LinkMalta is a classified platform connecting users. Direct transactions, agreements, or contracts formed between buyers, job seekers, and third-party businesses are subject to standard Maltese consumer protection laws.
Any unresolved legal disputes directly involving platform infrastructure will be governed under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malta.
